cate update process.

Customers should review their current configurations with their IT/Netw=
ork/Security department to determine if they are impacted by the change.
Do not remove or replace the existing certificate(s) with the new ones =
until the certificate update process is complete.
After the certificate update process has been completed, you will need to import the new certificate(s) and replace the existing =
certificate to ensure connectivity to SAP Ariba Applications is mainta=
ined.

FAQ

Can the downloaded new certificate(s) be imported right away?Some customers may have the ability to import multiple certifica=
tes into the keystore along with the existing certificate(s) before the cer=
tificate update is made. Please ensure to keep the current certificate(s) i=
n the keystore until after the certificate update has been completed. Remov=
ing or replacing the existing signing/authentication certificate(s) before =
SAP Ariba makes the certificate changes will break the integration.

Ariba Procurement Mobile Impact Statement: The c=
ertificate updates might have an impact on the SAP Ariba Procurement mobile=
 app. After the certificate renewals are completed, Google and Apple App St=
ores should review and publish the changes. This might take up to 72 hours.=
 During that time, access to the existing version of the mobile app will be=
 revoked. Once the new version is published, end users will need to update =
the app to continue using the SAP Ariba Procurement app. In the meantime,&n;=
bsp;customers can access the application via their internet browsers. =

DigiCert G2 and G3 Upgrade: The RSA an=
d ECC certificates updated by SAP Ariba and SAP Business Network will =
be supported by DigiCert’s G2 & G3 certificate hierarch=
ies. Even if your integration only uses the RSA cert, both the G2=
 and G3 root certs should be added to the trust store. More details ca=
n be reviewed in DigiCert root and intermediate CA certificate updates.
